Now, I preface this with the fact that Cliz is the Voice of Purdue basketball as far as I can remember. I turn on the radio to hear Purdue (in this case XM) and hearing him reminds of home.
That said, I can't tell if it's age or if they have a worse vantage point these days, but there are just entire sequences that get completely missed in the radio play by play. The team gets distracted by stories in the middle of live action... it's just become bad radio sometimes. Quite a disparity after listening to Wisconsin's radio team some yesterday, which I thought was very good by comparison.
