Interesting article in today's Chi Sun Times. Area's top four juniors listed as well their suitors. I was very pleasantly surprised to see Purdue has offered three of the four and that they are after the fourth. Nick Rakocevic? New to me 6'10" with soft touch and in need of weight gain. Rapolas Ivanauskas in need of a lot of growth but very good shooter - wing. Barrett Benson big guy whom we have knew about and Zach Norvell 6'4" tough, shooting guard with only four offers so far - all major Div 1 including Oklahoma and Memphis. Novell is the one with strong interest but no offer from Purdue yet.
This is good to read as Purdue was only one school with offers or strong interest in all four. Creighton and Iowa in the mix too. I have to take back my concern that Purdue is not much of a presence in Chicago area. I am sure Collins is on these guys too but only one mention among the four. I guess Izo, not mentioned anywhere, will swoop in when he has decided.
