Whatever coach can really BS, be charismatic enough, or have a "strong presence" (or a combination of the three) to recruit at a higher-level would be nice. Also, they'll have to change the mentality of the players that remain. Instead of dwelling on any given turnover, they have to believe that they can come right back and have the game be within their control.

Gotta be able to recruit and land some top defensive players. offense has some young pieces but needs depth. The defensive side of the ball is a mess.
