I can't understand the delay on giving Evans an offer. Based on the article, it appears that he would consider committing early to Purdue, IF we offered. He's put up good numbers on the field, could play RB or WR and runs a 4.37 forty. We NEED speed on the team, as well. Is this paralysis by analysis by the staff, or am I missing something?
