Can anyone justify the PJ substitution at end of regulation?

I kddingly text a buddy that the vegas line moved because PJ was on the take for the fix. Why? Because he's the last person that should have been on the floor then. Seriously. Someone explain his presence in that situation? Nothing and I mean NOTHING this season has warranted him beong inserted.
