With all that we know about the vaccine, I don't understand the push for a mandate still anyway, as well as needing to show your vaccine card in order to eat in a city. We know that the vaccine cannot get rid of the virus. We also know that the vaccine doesn't stop people from getting and spreading the virus. The ONLY thing it does is keeps the person vaccinated from getting worse symptoms. That's it. So why is there so much hand wringing still over people not getting vaccinated?

None because they accept federal money via Medicare. I believe if the decide they are not going to accept Medicare then they would not have to comply.
I don't know anyone that is going to give someone a significant amount of money and not attach strings. So I have no issue with the ruling.
