Really cool link that lets you create any scenario for the rest of the year and then it will generate the bracket for you. Great for people that like to see each scenario.

Scenario I came up with is one that I felt was most likely. It includes Purdue going 2-2 with both wins at home, Wisconsin winning out, and no real upsets. It had us on the 4 spot with IU possibly as the first game (they're the 5 seed).

That's funny. Some IU fans are hoping for a rematch with us in the BTT.

You would think that the sting from the beatdown at Mackey and the sweep on their home court would still be strong enough that they would know better. But sadly thier fanbase has lost touch so much that they actually believe some of the stupid things Crean says. "If only we had hit more shots" etc.

Holding that team to only 8 threes in two games wasn't an accident. It's exactly what Painter had planned out and rightfully so with how one dimensional they are. But of course, our defense had nothing to do with that in their minds.

For me I hope we see them again as well. Never hurts to pad that head to head lead and is most enjoyable seeing thier fanbase try to convince themselves that they have a better team.

Right now, I could see that happening. The last weekend could be really interesting, however. Purdue will have its hands full with Illinois, Michigan State is in Bloomington, and Wisconsin will probably have things wrapped up playing in Columbus. And you never know what Iowa might do.

Also, Michigan State @ Wisconsin next Sunday.....that could be quite a game and probably some extra entertainment watching how Izzo and Ryan work the officials in the Kohl Center.

Of equal importance is that the rematch would be in Chicago and not in Loosier friendly Indy. Could be real ugly. I also am not writing off any of our remaining games. O$U was proven vulnerable yesterday. I'm hoping Dawson decides to try to go thug on Haas at M$U.

Wow... give me the 5 or 6 seed, please.

We need wins (I'm confident that 20 gets us in), and those two seeds are the "easiest" path to wins.

Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this, but I don't really want to see Indiana again - unless it's in a situation where our place in the NCAA tournament is legitimately at stake.

Otherwise, I feel all the incentive/motivation favors Indiana.

I don't really want to face IU again.

There's no doubt in my mind that Purdue has the better team, but like someone else said, it's tough to beat a team 3 times in one season, especially given Purdue's historical ineptitude in the BTT.

In the Baby Boiler's year, we beat Illinois twice in the regular season and lost to them in the BTT. Illinois didn't even make the NCAA that year.

In Johnson and Moore's senior year, we beat MSU twice in the regular season and lost to them in the BTT. MSU ended up just squeaking into the NCAA's.

I'm sure there are several other examples.
