Michigan State/Maryland and Minnesota/Wisconsin games could be really interesting and affect the double-bye seed positions (2-4). Purdue's game starts approximately an hour and a half before the Wisconsin game on Sunday.

Interesting. That bracket would give Purdue a very realistic chance of facing two of the conference teams that have beaten them this year. Of course, Illinois is also surging. If the Illini can get to 19 wins this week they'll be playing for an NCAA birth in DC.

If we got to play Illinois > Minny > Maryland. That would be a big boost for our RPI. Could be 3 more top 50 RPI wins if Illinois can sneak in. They are sitting at 56 currently. Minnesota is 17 and Maryland is 27.

At this point, I just want to be on the opposite side of the bracket from Maryland since this will be a homecourt environment for them. I trust we are capable of beating any of these teams if we play well.

It would be very beneficial to purdue's seed to get another top 25 rpi win. of course, they would have to beat Minnesota this time.

Thanks for providing this. Given that 3rd place is a 3 way tie, and then 6th place is a 2 way tie, there can obviously be a lot of mixing around in the meantime.

This alternate projected bracket has the game times, 4. Purdue plays at noon on Friday, and if the Boilers advance, they would play in the first semi-final on Saturday.
