Anyone know why she didn't play? I found nothing in any stories about the game.

Tim Newton said she atended a family funeral. It was not clear to me if she was quarantined due to people she was with there or if she was still at the funeral.

We could have used her yesterday.

Yes, she might well have made a difference in a game that could have been won. Again, when we can't shoot we can't win and our unforced TO's are a killer. They never seem to learn not to force passes into the post. MSU is not a bad team, but they drive inside more, out hustled us, and we had no clue how to stop their star player who totally took over the game at the end. MD will not be pretty. Still saying--less overall talent than ever and middle of the pack at best. That's where our program is now.

Program with Karissa back, Moore and Traylor in the lineup at least has 3 players that can score. If Doumbia gets into the groove and Layden continues to improve the future looks pretty decent. Nowhere to what it once was but not all doom and gloom. Karissa will be back next year, Farquarer possibly as well, the other two can come back but not sure that benefits Purdue, thoughts?
