My son just said that he saw Coach Brohm and 3 other coaches back at Center Grove today. My son had a Purdue shirt on and one of the assistants yelled "Boiler Up" at him. I'm sure they are there to make a full court press for Yeast.

Ha, he played in a tennis tournament at Purdue over the weekend and I told him to tell the football assistant to tell the mens tennis coach to start recruiting him and ride down with them the next time they came down.
I like the fact he's not giving up. and pressing hard to add the best in state talent. yes, winning brings fans to the stands. but winning with local talent brings even more.
Yeast would be the best recruit that Purdue has landed in quite some time. He is a special player and could start immediately in about 4 positions. With that said, I would be incredibly shocked if we are able to pull him away from Louisville. The only thing we could offer is that he could pick his position and start immediately. He is also Louisville's second best recruit so I doubt they would give him up without a fight. It would be an incredible sign of the tides changing if we could steal that type of player away from a top team, but it is a good sign they are going after him. CJB seems to have a real good grasp on the team needs and it is easy to get excited by the future. The arrow is clearly pointing up! I can't wait to see what he can do for recruiting over the next few years. You have to get recruits excited and he is doing just that!
Idk what I was thinking. National signing day hasn't happened. If we can get Yeast and Williams. Watch out.
Right now, Louisville shows as having 7, yes 7, DB verbal commits right now. This DOES NOT include Yeast.
Brohm might be on to something here. He should be able to sell PT (more quickly) than Louisville can.
Jeepers, in addition to academics, U of L is a commuter campus that becomes a ghost town after 5:00 pm, two players missed the bowl game because they had been shot, they're on academic probation, the entire BOT was fired a couple of weeks ago, ditto the president, they have been caught using whores to recruit and the campus is flat-out ugly.

I like the fact that now we as "Purdue" are not backing away from recruits that top programs are after..... I watched a lot of bowl games this year and looking at the rosters of many of those teams they were picking up really good players in our prime recruiting areas.Also glad to see that JB doesn't mind going head to head with his old connections!!!
In 2000, I took a walk though the Red Light District to see what it was like. Suffice it to say that I was not impressed by the offerings in the windows.
Maybe not attend, but it would be worth a visit, similar to IU.
You must have picked the wrong street to walk down. When I went some of them could have been playboy models. Now on the side streets that's a different story.
I've been going to Amsterdam for over 20 years. The selections are much better on the main streets than they have ever been. Two years ago I took two of my young EE's with me and I could barely get them to leave the windows. Then I took them on a tour of coffee shops. Oh boy did they have an experience. BTW, Dutch girls can be very gorgeous and they are all quite fit from riding bikes making for great rear viewing.

Yeast picked up an offer from Oklahoma and Notre Dame recently. It's possible he decommits, but I still think we are a long shot. I think we pick up one of the JUCO WRs and move on. I don't think we wait around for a long shot. If he interested we need to be all in.

Brohm's connections make Yeast more realistic than you might think. I'm not saying we will get him, but Brohm has made inroads in places Purdue hasn't been a real player in years, and that's a refreshing change.
A certain high profile commitment(to another P5 school) from Cathedral told me tonight that CjB was at the Yeast house for dinner the other night.
