Brian Kelly and ND are a total joke...

This quote (italics added):
"As I said in my statement, there could be further actions through the university, and that will have to take its course," Kelly said Wednesday after practice, in his first meeting with reporters since the incident. "I think the university is certainly looking at all of these cases and will be certainly expediting or moving quickly through the process, but those matters are out of my hands. I've dealt with it internally; they've been handled within the program, and the rest will be about what the university does."

Translated:
Players got arrested. Aside from the 1 dismissal, Kelly gave out no suspensions. Because if he did, he would have said so and they wouldn't be practicing. How is a head coach allowed to completely pass the buck to the university and make them decide if a suspension is warranted? What a cop-out.

Brian Kelly is now deferring if the players who were arrested last week should be suspended or not. He is also allowing the players to practice while that decision is made, which clearly places more burden on the school to make a decision that favors the football program. Plainly, it's pathetic.
