He was outstanding the State Finals...reminded me a great deal of John Standeford...kid can definitely play. Has to be a reason he has not garnered offers...I am guessing it is a combination of small school and measurables, but, the guy was very productive and sure looked good the two times that I watched him play.

Standeford was a freak, in a good way. Quick... agile... tall... with great hands.
A lot of people don't realize, he was on the Indiana High School Basketball All Star team.
Interestingly, I think he also had an offer from UT coming out of HS.
I know a couple of guys who played HS ball with him who went on to play collegiately, who say he was just a stud.
That moment has to haunt him to this day. Where is Jeff George these days? I picture him wearing an apron, helping his mom bake Christmas cookies (not that helping your mom is a bad thing)
Agree.. he is actually a pretty nice guy now and .. his mom has passed as of several years ago. Some pokes/jokes don’t age well if they’re raised anew

There is no doubt that he was a stud, and, gifted...I mean the guy came in and stepped right in and made a difference...his brother was solid too.
I can't say this guy is THAT good, but, it was who he reminded me of as I watched him a couple of times.
Like say...there is a reason (or are reasons) that he had not received offers, but, he looked the part.
I thought I heard them say during the Championship Game that he was going to the Air Force. Be good to get him.
Tell ya what, if he turned down the Air Force Academy to go to U of Indy he made a very poor choice.
