Bowl options/predictions?

I know it’s lower in the order but wouldn’t we want Guaranteed Rate in Phoenix over the Pinstripe in NY? All the bowl money goes into one pot and then split. I’ve seen where there’s no big ten team in Phoenix and we’re in NY. Arizona in December over NY, yes please. Any chance we get a tip before next Sunday?
The odds of a bowl game happening at all in New York right now are at best 50/50. Much better odds in Florida and Arizona.
I had thought OSU and Penn st and UW would all win. Now with Purdue, minn and UW all tied, it’s a mad scramble. We had better hope Michigan beats Iowa or else it will get even more mixed up.
If Iowa beats Michigan, the big 10 won’t be in the college final 4. And that means every team would move one down. So here’s hoping Michigan wins.

The three bowls now most likely are music city, vegas or outside chance at Outback Bowl.
I’m not that interested in playing ucla. Playing Kentucky would be a nice matchup!
Suffice it to say I’m more interested in the opponent than the actual bowl destination.
I also believe with identical records Purdue may be given a better bowl game than UW and Minn.

I to am interested in the opponent rather than the destination. I hope the opponent is one that is a favorable matchup that Purdue can beat. I don’t want another beatdown like Auburn did a couple years ago. Nine wins would be absolutely fantastic considering the schedule and a lack of running game this year.
It would be nice to play a top 25 opponent. I'd like us to be in the AP final top 25, something we have not done for ages.
Yes. Please anything but NYC or an SEC opponent. The bowl tiers aren’t really defined like they used to be. After the CFP and the next 6 it’s pretty much a grab bag anyway.
I mean hell, why don't we just play Vanderbilt in a bowl game, if all you want is a sure win? I want to see Purdue go up against some good competition. We all don't wanna see an Auburn scenario. But at least we knew at that point Purdue had a long way to go to be a Top 25 program.

I don’t want an easy win. But I sure would like to see a match up against Missouri, Louisville or Kentucky in a bowl game!
good chance it could be against a 6 - 6 W. Va. team. If we had to face a 6 - 6 team, a game vs UNC would be alot of fun to watch.

I don't need it to be a sure win, but, I don't want another sure loss situation either like Auburn...that loss was crushing in more ways than one.
I have an idea of where Purdue stands...I don't need further evidence.
I am more pleased about the extra practices...the attention around a bowl game...the reward to the players and coaches for their efforts and performances this year...winning the game is icing on the cake...get in a game that they have a chance to win and I am happy.

Yes. The Governor of New York has already declared a state of emergency. Not hard to see that resulting in the cancellation of a bowl game.
Unless we're talking about national championship or Rose Bowl, I'm the polar opposite. Do you wanna go to Detroit or New York in December?
I would like Florida, Texas, or somewhere else within the SEC footprint.

Well in over 50 years of watching Purdue football, I’m the jinx. I will not go wherever it is. I’ve seen them lose in all the away games I’ve attended. Saw them lose the Rose Bowl, went to Eugene, Reno, Penn State three times, Ohio State four times, Southern California another loss. Only away games that I’ve seen them win was in Gloomington several times. I’ve also seen other away losses in Big 10 play.
Marshall and Maryland were the absolute worst…
I was at both of those debacles, and good lord, did Hazell suck!!
A monumental embarrassment to Purdue…
Thought it was me. I attended 3 bowl games and we lost all of them (Peach, Outback and Rose). We win this year because I won’t be attending
