That is a myth. The South did not go GOP until Reagan. Of course, you think all whites who aren't socialists are racist, so I'm not sure why you think your Southern Strategy revelation is so important.
But it was well on its way in 1948 with Thurmond's Dixiecrats (whose equivalent today are Republican RWNJs) taking a third of the South, in 1964 with Goldwater (not a complete RWNJ) taking about half the South, in 1968 Wallace (a total RWNJ) taking about half and the legitimate Republican, Nixon, carrying the rest (except Texas). Then in 1972 Nixon barely won the entire South TIC. Reagan was the beneficiary of all of that hard work and the country suffers today because of it.

I think you are ignoring the massive change that took place in the Democrat platform between 1948 and 1980. Civil rights was only a small piece of the social change.

All white people in the South are racists according to gleap1969. However, Gleap doesn't actually care about racism, as he has no problem being the beneficiary of the racists and racialism that controls the progs in this country today. He doesn't care about the slavery that the Marxists seek to impose on all people today. He only cares about stuff that is politically useful.

For the record there were plenty of Southern Democrats that stayed democrats.

Yes, Best Buddies helps people with mental disabilities learn life skills and form lifelong friendships. Sometimes that's as simple as becoming confident in household chores.

Thanks for announcing how much of a stooge you are, though.

All volunteerism is noble, and I hadn’t heard of Best Buddies until now, so thank you.

Meanwhile, the worst people on the board are continuing to double down on how awful they are.

Yeah, the best people on the board tell others to fill their torches and to make sure their white hood is extra crisp while being sure they have crosses to burn in yards.

You’re right, I didn’t have to tell him. I’m sure he has a checklist handy.
