When Painter talked about the recruiting of Biggie he said that once he committed to MSU we had no contact with him. I understood that was an informal understanding for the Big Ten. Does anyone know if the Big really has that understanding? If it is why would OSU be recruiting Jacob Long. Even if the Big only has an understanding about this kind of thing I would expect the Big to come down on schools that don't follow it. Comments?
