Maybe its just me, but I am thrilled with Cline and Weatherford as a start for the next group of players. These guys seem like complete fits with Purdue and I think they will contribute more than others think. I also thought it was neat both guys went to visit Speidel at the hospital - quality!
I am sure I will get crushed for this but I will be more happy if we get Brunk than Biggie. Brunk is a lunch pale guy and a workhorse! Brunk will be a four-year guy and has great post up and block out skills. When Biggie said it would be a business decision, I knew he was not a fit.
Get a serviceable 5th year PG now, Cumberland and Simpson and I think we keep the momentum trending up!
