SIAP, but I hadn't seen this yet. Not overly detailed but gets some scouts input on AJH in the NBA along with some former Purdue great's input. Also a bit about Biggie, Haas and Edwards (doesn't look like scouts think any are going anywhere this year, not surprising).

Interesting that the 3-game benching to start the year has stuck to him as a character concern. I think the lack of transparency on that situation has done more harm than good, left people to speculate.

Scouts don't know what they are talking about. We are "insanely talented" and all those guys should be lottery picks.

Surprised PJT wasn't mentioned. We have Final Four talent is what I've heard. Why aren't all our guards being drafted? Don't we have Final Four talent? Like the DirecTV commercial? Oh wait wrong meme.

If we have Final Four talent, CMP underachieved (and has for any of the 11 years we did). If we don't, blame him for not getting the right guys on board. Not sure your point in all of this. Oh wait, that's right, you don't have one.

That's right because he can just go out and sign any player he wants to.

WOW, so, let me get this right, every coach who does not go get final four talent is not a good coach. WOW.

Coaching college basketball is that easy.

Recruiting miss = Painter can't recruit

Lose game = Painter can't coach

Lose game due player misplays = well, WHO recruited those players huh? That's right, PAINTER!

Player transfers = Painter can't evaluate talent

Player transfers 2 = Painter can't develop talent

Painter Painter Painter!

His name doesn't even sound like a word anymore I've heard it & seen it so damn much.

The lack of transparency may not necessarily translate to 1-on-1 private conversations between Coach Painter and relevant parties. The opaqueness we experienced may have been reserved for the general public who don't need to know any details about private events.

Of course, I may be wrong about this.

Go Purdue!

All of his teammates love him, he's obviously not lazy anymore, and he seems to be very knowledgeable on the floor. I dont see a reason for teams to punish his draft stock.
