An old timers reunion tournament, of sorts?
I'm so pissed that I had the idea bringing back the oldies and having "goodies" tournament. Yes, I know that means old, fat, and out of shape, but that's half the fun.
Seeing so many of these guys interviewed on BTN at different times and in special episodes, I think it would be cool.
Like seeing Kenny Battle try to fly now. Let's to Damon Bailey play with some "kids" for real. Who wouldn't want to see Scott Skiles dish to Magic?
Keady would coach. How many old shitty Big Ten officials can we find? We can use six. Stick one on each corner and one on each side of center court. That way they don't have to move much.
BTN would surely carry it. Corporate sponsorship would be a fairly easy sell. It could be a huge fan draw and a great charity event. Rusty Rueff is just one guy I bet would interested in this and he's connected to say the least.
Okay, I know there are some movers and shakers on here. I'm the idea, advertising/branding guy. So let the fellow graduates of the man who took the first steps on the moon take the first steps in founding the Big Ten Alumni Tournament.
