Seriously considering going up. I would love to sit near the Paint Crew or any other larger grouping of Purdue fans.

Most tickets seem to be really up high. Has anyone been there before and can give an opinion on the view, etc? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure but isn't that Dexter Fowler in your avatar? You might want to change your photo or just tell yourself that he'll always be a Cubbie.

I mean, there's not really a bad seat in the house - it's not that big (it's basically 6,000 seats smaller than Mackey and both arenas are bleacher seating). There will be a lot of Purdue fans mixed in both of the upper levels. No idea where Paint Crew (if they're going) is or what not. Never seen a NW basketball game cost so much on StubHub, that's for sure.

Considering it. I haven't really looked at prices yet. I found myself in the 6th row last weekend in Ann Arbor for $40/ticket. Would like to see a game at Northwestern at some point and haven't been there to date. Seems like this would be a good opportunity to go.

is it alright if I change my prediction of the game? Couple of weeks ago, I had the NW game as a loss. But I had NW having to win either Mich or us. Since they won last night, I think we win a close one.

Fine by me. I'm still not sure. I just know that if we lose and are 13-5 then we only improve 1 game from last season in conference play.

I know the Chicago Purdue Alumni Club's block is in upper area. Most of the lower area is now normal seats, mostly for season ticket holders; except for the student section which is at each end of court.

As another person said, you won't be far away no matter what seat you get. Its obviously an older arena more like a high school, but I kind of like it since it is different than everywhere else in the B1G. They are starting a major renovation pretty much after the game is over Sunday.

FYI - I've been buying tickets for some random things lately and have found StubHub to NOT be the cheapest by far (I have found better deals - sometimes $10-15 cheaper than StubHub per ticket - on other sites). It's not really a consistent answer on what company has the best prices, but definitely shop around.

This would be the game to visit NW as they are about to renovate, and it will be a good atmosphere (which is not common there). It's a fun, old school experience.

Sold a pair of tickets I had last week. Less than 2 hours on Vividseats and they were gone. NW basketball is hot, who would have guessed??

I think it's a great place to watch a game. Very close to the action and very old school. It will be interesting what it's like after renovation. I hope you can get tickets reasonable. If the game hadn't been "changed" to Sunday I would be there with you. Go Boilers.

I've gone most years when we play there. Sit upper level, it's normally 60-70% Purdue fans up there. Dress light, it always gets extremely hot in there, and looks like Chicago could be near 60 on Sunday.

I had some Michigan tickets lined up on Seat Geek last week before I ran across someone selling a good pair for face value on the Michigan message board.

I'm going to the game on Sunday. I'm in row AA... that has to be about the last row.

I went with the Paint Crew when I was a student. I remember it being like a big high school gym, so I wasn't concerned about being close.

NW's win last night gave me more confidence about Sunday. Everybody seems to think they're in no matter what now. I'm assuming a decent showing of Purdue people.
