He didn't start Biefeldt or Blackmon either. So it is because of those reasons, and because he sucks as a coach.
Nothing like starting an unsubstantiated rumor on an anonymous fan board....I think the "likes" I got were from posters who saw the crap at the sty....

It's almost unprecedented for him. This is just another example of him pandering, acting like he is a tough guy who runs a tight ship. It will go back to normal, inmates running the asylum before long........assuming they start winning like they should.

I heard he threw a ball rack but nobody was hurt since they haven't stopped anybody coming in their direction yet this season.

It's really kind of twisted imo. Crean doesn't teach defense, doesn't teach any structure in his offense, doesn't teach how to value possessions or how to be mindful of game situations. These kids play playground ball with his blessing. Then they have their butts handed to them and he benches players for not doing what he doesn't teach........or emphasize......or demand as the head coach. The players do have some responsibility, don't get me wrong. But this guy is a classic narcissist. It blows my mind how it took so long for some IU fans to figure it out.......even more so that some still believe in him.
