Way to go Maryland!!! If only OSU had done its job...but I would even rather see IU win than MSU.

BTT seedings starting to settle a little. Maryland is the 3, and Minnesota and Wisconsin are essentially playing for the 2 and the four.....unless NW knocks off the Boilers.....then NW would be the four above Wisconsin (but not Minnesota). Michigan State is likely the 5 or 6.

Am I the only one excited to hear the rationalizations from the comittee and media about why a 18-19 win msu team with no signature wins deserves to be in the dancend?

Edit: they beat Wisconsin at home

Anybody see Izzo crying about the way the Big 10 scheduled their last week of play then to say in the interview that they had won against a tough team.

Beating a 6 seed type team at home is not a signature win to me. It's ok, but nothing special. I would probably leave them out as of now but I doubt that happens.

According to Lunardi there will be at least 10 ACC teams and maybe eleven. So teams that couldn't even finish in the top half of their conference will get a bid to the NCAA. Smh

Particularly with supposedly a weak BIG and where they finished.
Totally agree...the committee can't deem the conference to be weak and reflect it with the lousy seed for the conference champion and then in the same breath try to justify having a talented but lousy MSU team in that has totally underachieved in the field.

When's the last time IU, MSU, and O$U all missed the NCAA?
