I believe Layden's class is also eligible to take a COVID year, so its not that close to done yet.

All this Covid year stuff and what several positive posts about what Potts would add to the program. I bought in and even made some statements about her and how she might contribute down here in Southern Indiana. I looked pretty darn dumb when she never got on the floor. I will now keep my mouth shut until any incoming group or players prove themselves on the floor. Having said that, coaches are at practice and I must trust their judgement until they prove otherwise. I am glad Abbey is back though.

It could be the same situation for her wherever she goes. Transferring may not help. Redshirting this year may have been a good idea but it’s so rare that the women redshirt unless they’re injured.

I could see her transferring to hometown FGCU and having a good career there
