Went out and bought some steaks.
Thin cut Ribeyes a record $11 each. Part of a few sacks of groceries that were well over $100.

On the way home I also filled my gas tank $92.11. Hasn't been that high since Obama.

Wether its food, energy, immigration, vaccines, crime, getting folks back to work, etc, these Dems sure know how to screw things up!

Well at least 62.2% know exactly who is to blame for this Dem mess. Who are the 37.8% that still support this Dem mess? LOL

Dems do the opposite of what needs done.....resulting in a Dem mess:

Inflation......they pass a bills to put more $ into the economy resulting in too much money chasing too few goods.

Gas prices....they create an environment of regulations where companies lower the barrels produced, shut down a pipeline and study how to shut another one down in Michigan. Result we go from energy independence to dependence and prices skyrocket.

Drug Problems......they open the Southern border to ulimited chaos making it so easy for Cartels to move illegal drugs.

Labor Participation Rate......they first give away record unemployment dollars, then they start the child credit tax pumping money into wallets, and then a bunch of moms decide they can stay out if the workforce longer, as seen in the jobs report after they passed this. Leads to slower return in labor participation rate, which is all that matters to filling the economt's openings.

Immigration......they have a relatively secure border, they reverse Trump policy and open the floodgates, putting unprecedented Billion$ in the Cartels hands, and use federal tax dollars to facilitate movement of immigrants into all 50 states.

Education.....they cater to Teacher Unions instead of school choice. They promote Crt instead of equality.

Crime.....they have unpresidented animosity toward Police and work to have liberal DAs who release criminals back into neighborhoods.

VAX......Instead of using his Billion$ to promote vaccines in companies through bonuses, the population via using the $1,400 stimulus as a carrot, and the unemployed via using the carrot of extra unemployment $, these clowns try the opposite, force through vax mandates.

Whatever the deal is, the Dems find new and amazing ways to screw it up up creating the Dem Mess people are now revolting against.

Beef prices are up 7.5% in 2021 alone as Dems are doing all the wrong things to bring it down.

I raise beef cattle for a living, but my wife and I do not eat it often enough to butcher a whole steer. With prices like this we might consider it though. Lol.

I sell steers for$1.30- $1.40 per pound live. In the store the steaks were $18.99 per pound.

A 1300 pound steer will yeild about 850 pounds of meat. Private butchering costs with the opportunity cost of selling the steer would amount to just over $3.00 per pound in a local shop. So you see there is quite a mark up for the middleman today.

Likely the reason why more and more folks I know, are going in with a neighbor or relative and butchering their own and splitting the cuts and the lower cost. Most butcher shops are booked through 2022 though.
