Can someone please explain the “Indinia” thing? Is that so trolls are less likely to pop into the thread knowing it is talk about them? Or is there some other explanation? I think I missed the genesis of that.
One of their football players wore a game jersey with the wrong spelling of a Indiana on it.

^ I am assuming you wrote this a long time ago (well before 1/29)? As an Illini fan, I don’t expect to win in West Lafayette, but we are far from falling apart and have been playing very well overall since mid-January.
Correct! This was weeks ago to predict the last 10 games. Illinois is looking WAY better as you knew Brad Underwood would get that ironed out.
I think we win all at home and lose all on the road. 15 and 5 and hopefully good enough for the Big Ten regular season title.

Since you know Purdue basketball destiny the last 5 games,
how far does Purdue go in March Madness 2023?
They are so cocky right now. They lost to Northwestern last time in " The hall of calls" , yet they act so sure they will win this week.
I am so conflicted at being crushed for 40 years I can't do this right now. lolol
I say this is it, this is finally the year we get to the Final Four, but if you run into a hot team like Saint Peter's with all the confidence and shots falling at 70%, who knows. The NCAA is such a crap shoot. #BoilerUp. Let's go have some fun.

I hear ya, that's why I don't gamble. I had the iu and maryland away games as the 2 losses but w/ maybe a head scratcher that wouldn't surprise me ( NW). I think we win at wisky
Ok, happy Sunday morning and game day all. SIAP, but the way I see things, Maryland poses the greatest threat to tie or win the regular season championship. If they win in Lincoln today, they should not lose another game. With their 6 losses that would require PU to win 3 of their remaining 4 to win the league outright. MD has the tiebreaker between us. RE: IU, they are playing well, but I just don’t see them winning in Mackey. Iowa could be a factor but have a couple tough games and Northwestern will lose a few down the stretch.
They split the two regular season head-to-head match-ups. So, IF only Purdue and Maryland ended up in a tie, the tie-breakers (for BTT seeding) would depend upon winning percentage against teams @ #3 and below. Right now, it's still jumbled as to which teams it would be in that scenario.
Hopefully, Purdue finishes well and wins, but you never know, especially after the last couple of weeks.

3-0 would be great, but I'd take 2-1. Hope I'm wrong about Wisky and right about the other two, this has been a crazy 7-0 run. lol
