Oklahoma, Kentucky, Auburn, and Stanford drop. Oklahoma lost in a shootout to Texas, and they can probabaly bounce back from that. Auburn and Stanford pick up their second loss and essentially taking them out of the playoff hunt. Notre Dame has a very easy path to the playoffs as a result. Michigan State picked up their second loss and is likely out of the playoff hunt as well, although at 20 it was an outside chance. MSU could possibly fall out of the top 25, which will be interesting how it affects the Purdue game.
Kentucky lost, which is a very good thing for Purdue. They had picked up a ton of momentum in recruiting and win likely would have pushed them into the top 10. A loss to unranked A&M (who could and probably should be ranked next week) should drop them out of the top 15 and possibly out of the top 20 (though a road loss to a front top 25 team is forgivable). Kentucky looked very beatable and most importantly Snell had a bad game. That should remove Snell from Heisman conversation or at least slow down the momentum. Snell only had 60 yards rushing (with 18 receiving) and the Kentucky offense only had 178 net yards.
Miami, who was sleep walking in the first half, managed a comeback win and should slide into the top 10 or very close to it.
