About where I figured Purdue would be.

Four 1’s and must have also had many 2’s to only be 71 votes short of first place at 60 voters.

Big Ten really took a hit as Wisconsin is the only other ranked conference team at #18. Several schools (6), though are receiving votes (Indiana, Michigan State, Northwestern, Rutgers, Illinois, and Ohio State).

To still have 4 #1 votes coming off a week when Purdue lost says something about how well this current team is regarded. I sense some skepticism still with regard to Purdue, given it’s youth and lack of 5 star recruits, but I also think that the level of national respect for the Purdue program continues to rise.

Me too. Figured we'd keep at least 1 first place vote. Kansas looks really good right now. I wouldn't have been surprised if they had passed Houston, but the logical step is to have Houston #1.
