Buried in work but the NCAA quote caught my attention.
1. IIRC from middle school civics... Laws are rarely removed just ignored...therefore aren't there laws such as sodomy (and probably dozens of others) on the books in every state that someone could find offensive?
2. Doesn't this law protect a physician from being forced to perform an abortion (training on abortive procedures is very short) or protect a tattoo artist from being forced to ink a swastika on a guy's forehead?
3. Finally, I thought this law protected the shop from performing a service that they thought was offensive.... In other words- making a same sex wedding cake vs refusing someone a standard cake just because they were gay.
All the posts I have read seem to indicate that there is a lot of confusion and that the media has an agenda
