This is where the Big Ten Team Rankings stand as of now according to Rivals. It looks like an slight improvement over 2018 with 9 of the teams within the top 40. It does appear the West is catching up a little to the East in recruiting thanks to Purdue, Nebraska, and Minnesota's recruiting picking up a bit. In 2018 the East held 5 of the top 6 spots, but it is even in 2019. Let's hope this trend continues.
