Well certainly who Painter has gone after has not worked, not well at all........so its nice to know their are some kids possibly progressing here locally in Indiana that are nearing high D1 level as possible back up plans.

All those kids sound great...the one kid, McMillan grew 3" and sounds like he could blossom into a Gordon Haywood type guy with the late growth spurt. Rivera sounds like he has the size to be a defensive stopper....and like the positive personality too. Others just need strength. You never know when a late bloomer turns out as good or even better than those 5 star guys....... Even though that is the exception rather than the rule. Hope Painter is looking in hard at each of these kids to be involved as he determines which might be these "exceptions" developing into high D1 kids.

It is a mix I believe of 17' 18' and 19' targets. I was looking mostly at the 17' guys.

Painter has been all over Curry.....

I would love to get Curry. Great kid with a good head on his shoulders. He needs to work on academics I believe though. With hard work I think he will be fine.

I heard Painter was at Crown Point recently. I assume looking at Sasha Stefanovic, also class of '17. Has offers from Northern Iowa, Evansville, Valpo among others. Northwestern and Ole Miss showing interest.

Curry has been there plenty. His Aunt works at Purdue and he has a great relationship with CMP. Big Lacy runs a tight ship!
