2 more for the D

T J Nunnally 6'3 240 EDGE from Akron , one of the better DE's in MAC
Went looking for highlights, and found that the Rivals article misstated his name. It’s CJ Nunnally IV, and you’re right he’s good!!!

“Over his last two seasons, Nunnally delivered 121 total tackles, two passes defended, 13 sacks and three forced fumbles.”

Not a lot of video highlights from Akron, but here’s his hs video -

Well, we can see what chasing stars the last two years got us..... Better coaching, with middle of the road players that are productive would be a huge improvement.
Don’t let BCFan get a whiff of the positivity.

He’ll just shout “Money, Money” and then cite a player we haven’t heard of in 22 years and then disappear for another 2 months.

Not that I don’t enjoy the disappearing act but equating us to playing an average level of competitive ball to fundraising like the big boys part is old. With our budget, either with NIL or revenue sharing that does not preclude us from getting good players and having the right coach that can get the most out of them while they are here.

All the money in the world doesn’t matter if you can’t teach that talent to win!

I like what I see so far. Thought Odom would be calling on us to pass out flyers at all MAC schools asking people to come join the team but getting some nice pickups.
It’s exciting but we are dead last in team portal rankings in B1G still in terms of average ranking. Hoping we get some big names weekend that bump us up. But when you are in a revenue sharing conference) there are only 2 known and we know individual teams in other conferences are) it’s major leagues vs minor leagues so we absolutely should be getting good portal entries. This is where the SEC, B1G, and the handful of other programs going all in on revenue sharing will pull away from the others.
