10,000 Syrian Refugees by the end of September

I don't think it will turn the election, no. It may lend credence to the concerns about our vetting of these refugees, but I think there are concerns within the three parties with any major support right now about that. The manner of dealing with those concerns is vastly different, of course, but I don't think a single refugee jihadi attack before the election somehow makes Trump viable, if that's what you're asking. It certainly would not for me, and I'm basically the easiest type of voter for him to win over, yet I see no path for him to do so at this point given the current tenor of his campaign.

Yeah..it wouldn't make me vote for him, either. But, while it might not sway enough votes, it could impact voter turnout in Trump's favor. Just spitballin'.

At this point, it's going to take a miracle for Trump to win. I think he's close to single-digits in terms of probability of win now, and he's been hemorrhaging support this last week.
