    Yep I agree. That won't work and seems more "habit" than anything else, but he should stop. That tends to leave the rest of your team mates to have to defend against 5 people with just 4.

    Kramer did, but still left jacked. JJ on the other hand, stayed skinny. I'd say Hummel to an extent gained muscle and yes.. I know I am digging far back, but it's for a reason... basically.. there has been a program to get stronger, but some do and some don't..... and some do but don't APPEAR...
