    I would venture to say the Irish are sitting back watching the dominoes fall. They already joined the Big for hockey which helped in a big way. They litterally hold all the cards. They could join any conference they want to. If the ACC gets raided, then it makes it clear what is their best option..

    I'm not a Purdue guy. But if Painter brings him in why not redshirt him. Put some muscle on him let him mature a bit. I just think he is worth a scholarship in my humble opinion..

    My aunt was a professor at Notre Dame. My daughter was recruited for academics. When we did the visit we were told all freshman had to take the same classes. They included Chemistry, Calculus and a Foreign language.. Not sure if that still holds true..

    I don't chime in much because I'm not a Purdue fan. If I was a boiler fan I would worry he hasn't recruited the offensive line very well.
