J6 and the National Guard

Looks like new evidence has dropped that Trump did indeed ask for the National Guard to be deployed to ensure things remained peaceful and it was ignored by those at the Pentagon.

"Previously concealed by the Biden-Harris Administration’s Department of Defense, the Subcommittee has uncovered statements by key personnel involved in the deployment of the D.C. National Guard to the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. These new transcripts indicate that senior Pentagon officials unnecessarily delayed the DC National Guard response to the Capitol on January 6 due to “optics” concerns."

"GENERAL MARK MILLEY, CHAIRMAN, JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF:
“[January 3, 2021] The President just says, ‘Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th, make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a
safe event.’
*
“[POTUS said] ‘Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have
to do. Just make sure it’s safe.’

Did Harris win? Did Trump lose? Agree/Disagree?

If you listened carefully and if you're the slightest bit honest, Harris was soft balled with questions that a couple of our most liberal friends on here could have shined on. to her credit, she learned her rote well and was able to needle DJT a bit during the debate, especially about the economists at Wharton.

But if you go back and watch the chart lines of Dems, GOP, and Independents the Independents were with the Republicans on most issues.

It would appear to me that though it wasn't a huge victory, but Trump's points scored higher with the independent crowd who I think will go with Trump because of Harris' lack of answers to the few questions given her with any meat on the bone.

I never thought I'd say this, but the Biden/Trump debate by CNN was far more honest and trustworthy. ABC should hide in shame for their openly biased questions and lack of fact checking on Harris who answered nothing with any definition.

Sorry for BNI and BB whatever his name is now, I'm excited about what was shown about independents last night.

Immigration causes unemployment- Jay Powell

🤔

Rising unemployment tied to Biden Harris border policy. Who would have thought that? Increasing housing prices🤔?

From C-Span. (meanwhile…MSM ignores this message…move along, nothing to see here…Kamala and Biden are awesome!!)

AD needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the coaches.

It’s time to replace the most glaring error and that’s Harrell. He has been clueless for two seasons on what personnel he has. The PFF data tells him he has a running offense first and not passing. Use the run to set up the pass. No adjustments at half time shows he is incompetent. Almost all his plays take to much time to develop and he doesn’t appear to see that, wow.

Harris tax plan: Will Cost America 800,000 jobs & Shrink economy

K2 finally has a few plans out.
One is her tax plan.

Senator Kennedy on her tax plan..... "Let's do the dumbest thing possible, that won't work.....it's like a rock, only dumber". Lol

The respected nonpartisan Tax foundation says it will cost America 800,000 jobs & shrink economy 2% while lowing wages. More details in article below. But if economics is not logical for you, you probably should skip the article & just stick with.....joy & word salads, as it takes some logic & understanding.

"The only Harris economic proposal that would increase employment, according to the tax foundation analysis, was the pledge to no longer federally tax tip income for service workers." Hmmm... believe that was Trump's proposal originally, which she copied. And it's the only one that is good for employment.

LOL.....btw ...Notice this far left lib AOL article changed the text to say incorrectly .. K2s plan "would cost the US nearly 800,000 jobs, roughly half as many as former President Donald Trump’s plan, according to a recent analysis" .(a lie)....to find out later in article Ts plan only loses 387K jobs. Thus they should have said K2 plan was TWICE the job loss of Trump's plan. But being a wacked out lib article.....they do what libs do & LIE to their audience.

Nobody likes a loss

Where is that poster now who said Purdue should schedule tough non-conference opponents because it’s better to look good in a loss to a good team than it is to whip up on a cream puff?

Is there any Purdue fan that is happy from the past 2 weeks?

Take a look at Illinois and Indiana. Their fans are happy and they will both probably go to a minor bowl game.

Purdue has a lot of tough conference games. We didn’t really need to schedule tough non conference games against tough opponents. What we needed were cream puffs. There are plenty of division 1 cream puffs available. Surely the MAC has a cream puff team we could play.

Logic says, when given a choice, if you can’t beat a team, don’t schedule them!

Boilers in the Pros 9/22

Tyrone Tracy had a decent game for the Giants. Aiden had some mop-up duty for the Raiders and looked pretty solid (9/12 with a late TD). Not sure that moves the needle for him to get more playing time, but it would be nice to see. Mostert is still hurt, as of course are Bell and Moore.

I'll take my positives wherever I can. It might be a year or two before a Purdue player goes directly to the NFL without stopping off for some NIL money somewhere else.
