I think I mentioned a while ago that one of the sports channels did a survey on the link between higher achieving teams and the amount of brothers those teams had (more family members, higher success). It's a great way to load talent. The other comment is success is also aided by a good gray shirt program, and it looks like Walters is mining that talent pool as well.
