A question on Indiana's religious freedom bill

Does anyone know if this bill would give a jihadist impunity in carrying out his mission to kill infidels? Could he claim that he is only carrying out his religious liberties? I am not an Indiana resident and I am just curious as to what provisions this law may have to limit unintended consequences since it sounds like it may be a done deal. Does anyone on here know?

Yeah, that's a real tough one. I mean, refusing to do business with someone is pretty much the same as beheading people and setting off bombs that maim children.
